Tia's baby shower was on the 14th. It was a CRAZY day for it. All morning it had been raining and the rain would instantly turn into ice. Then suddenly it turned into a snow storm. The snow was beautiful...however driving was not very fun. It was surprising how many people showed up despite the weather. Tia's friend Heather hosted the baby shower. Everything turned out wonderfully and we received plenty of wonderful items for Clayton. The baby shower started off with all of us girls playing some games. We played a matching game where you would match things like...CONTRACTIONS and TAKE 5 or EPIDURAL and LIFE SAVER. Then for getting the correct match you got the candy that went along with it.
The other game that we played was a nursery rhyme game where you had a hint and you had to figure out what nursery rhyme the hint was talking about for instance...an old woman who lived in an interesting house...the answer would be..There was an Old Woman who Lived in a Shoe.
We then had some delicious food and opened gifts. Then of course we all socialized quite a bit. It was a wonderful day!
That was a lot of fun!!! I was glad for the invite. No snow storm could keep us from it! How come there's a guy there??? :D he he Loves!
