We can't believe that our baby girl is one! This year has gone by so quickly and she is already growing up too fast.

For Aurora's birthday cake Tia decided to try her hand at piping chocolate. She made butterflies! They turned out wonderfully! We could not have been happier with the results.
She even made an A for the birthday girls cupcake.

Our friends Marji, Auntie (Grandma to my kids), Mayra and her husband joined us for the festivities! The big kids all loved playing with the party hats.
Clayton helped Aurora open her presents. She loves her baby dolls, stroller and... especially the bottles. Thank you Mayra, Marji and Auntie for the gifts. Tia also made Aurora the FIRST afghan that she has ever made for Aurora's baby doll and the SECOND one she ever made for Aurora. Aurora loves them.
She did not really attack her cake. She ate very little of it. But we still think she had fun.
Tia worked hard on making decorations for Aurora's party. She made green and pink poof balls and made a custom Happy Birthday sign.
